Door step

Hey Friends
I found my door step out when going down the road. And now it's not coming up. I checked the magnet switch and it's working. Any ideas?

You need to check the air regulator and the shuttle valve ( Noregen) that controls the step. These 2 are located bolted to the backside of the step well. Check all the related air lines for damage. Report back what you find.

James, I used these from Amazon, it's been in for over 2 years with no issues.  At this price, you can keep a spare on hand too.

So after doing a visual look at the airlines, solenoids, and electrical wires everything seems to be ok. Including air pressure on the two gauges.
Do you know where the wires run to a controller some where?

Thanks. James

Well it ain't a fancy thing it is just an old time relay. It is hid behind the removable kick panel that is just in front of the passengers seat.  Seems like on a '99 coach that relay is on the left hand side of the panel and is about 4 from the bottom.
